Purpose and ownership

This website presents the services, projects and content of Apogeo Studio, the trading name of the owner identified above. These terms govern access to and use of the site. Browsing does not contract a service or accept optional cookies.

Services and project enquiries

Apogeo provides AI agent, product development, and web design and development services. Forms and scheduling links let you enquire or request a proposal. Sending a message or selecting a budget does not confirm a commission or create a payment obligation.

Each project’s scope, deliverables, schedule, price, taxes, payment terms, maintenance, licences and usage rights are set out in a separate contract signed after the proposal is confirmed. Signing that contract formalises the engagement. Confirmation in the portal records your interest and selected options so the contract can be prepared; it does not charge you. The website does not directly process payments.

These website terms do not replace the project contract or amend earlier agreements. When you contract as a consumer, applicable pre-contractual information duties and legal rights, including withdrawal rights where applicable, will be respected.

Appropriate use

You may read the content and use contact channels for lawful purposes. Supply accurate information and only share data or materials you are entitled to provide. Unauthorized system or data access, malicious code, impersonation, spam and unlawful use of forms are prohibited.

Intellectual property

Website text, designs, code, illustrations, trademarks and other elements belong to Apogeo or their respective rights holders and are displayed under the relevant rights. Client brands and work retain their ownership. Browsing does not grant a licence to reproduce or commercially exploit content without express permission, except for legally permitted uses.

Downloadable resources are subject to any licence accompanying them. Accessing this website does not transfer rights in a commissioned project; the specific project agreement governs those rights.

Information, examples and availability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but changes, maintenance interruptions or errors can occur. We will address errors when identified; you may report them by email.

AI, product and web animations are illustrative examples, not tools running on your data. Figures presented as possibilities, such as moving from 2 hours to 2 minutes, are not guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on each project’s scope, data, integrations and agreed conditions.

Blog content is informational and does not replace an assessment of your particular project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or any mandatory rights you may have.
