Who controls your data
Apogeo Studio is the trading name of Luis Ignacio Seoane De Lahoz, a sole trader and the controller of the personal data described in this policy. His identification details and business address appear at the top of this page. Contact hello@apogeo.studio for privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights. This policy covers website browsing, enquiries, resource requests, meeting bookings, private proposals and commercial communications you have requested or authorised.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide: name, email and, where supplied, company, phone number, service of interest, budget and message. Resource forms also record the requested resource or campaign. We store the submission time and the page from which the form was sent.
Our hosting receives technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request and browser information. The form temporarily uses the IP address to limit abusive submissions. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes cookie identifiers, pages visited, interactions and technical device information. Please do not include sensitive data or unnecessary personal information about other people.
For private proposals, we process the contact and project information needed to prepare the offer. If you submit an acceptance, we record the name and email you provide, the date, the specific proposal version, the confirmed terms, the selected solution and payment plan, and the calculated amount. We also use session identifiers and technical information needed to control access and prevent abuse. This record does not by itself verify the identity of the person accepting.
If you choose to receive newsletters and promotions, we record your choice, date, language, notice text and version and, when available, the source page.
Purposes and legal grounds
Enquiries and quotations: to answer your request and prepare a services proposal where requested. The legal ground is taking pre-contractual steps at your request for enquiries about a potential engagement. General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people contacting the studio.
Resources: to handle your request and provide access to the resource you asked for. The ground is your request for that service. Requesting a resource does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
We manage proposals to take pre-contractual steps at your request and, when a contract is concluded, to perform it. We retain the evidence needed to establish the terms presented and the declarations made, based on our legitimate interest in handling and defending potential claims. Portal security and access controls rely on our legitimate interest in protecting Apogeo and client information.
If you request or expressly authorise commercial communications, we will use your name and email to send news, resources and promotions from Apogeo Studio. The legal basis is your consent. This choice is voluntary and independent of sending an enquiry, requesting a proposal or accessing a resource. You can withdraw consent free of charge through the unsubscribe method provided in each message or by emailing hello@apogeo.studio. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier messages sent on a valid legal basis.
Security: to prevent spam, abuse and failures on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website and communications. Optional analytics and external content: your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie settings. If we enter a professional engagement, the information provided during contracting will also apply.
Recipients and international transfers
Technical providers may access data to supply their services: Vercel for website hosting and delivery; Sanity for content and submission storage; and Resend for email notifications and replies when email delivery is configured. Access is limited to what the relevant purpose requires. We do not sell form data.
We use Notion to organise contacts, enquiries, commercial information and proposal follow-up. Within Apogeo, access is limited to team members who need it for these tasks. Notion provides the tool and may process data to deliver the service under its data processing terms. It is used alongside the website, storage and email providers described in this policy. We do not sell contact data.
Microsoft provides professional email services. Providers of commercial email delivery and private proposal storage may process the data needed for those functions on behalf of Apogeo. Team and provider access is limited to their respective tasks. You can request information about the providers involved and their safeguards by contacting our privacy email.
Google Analytics is enabled only if you allow analytics. Vimeo and Figma receive connection data when you open their content with permission. Scheduling links lead to Cal.com. When you book with Apogeo, we use your contact details, meeting time and booking answers to organize the meeting, on the same pre-contractual or legitimate-interest ground as your enquiry. Cal.com processes the booking on our behalf; its privacy notice also explains its own processing. Social links do not load social tracking pixels on this website.
Some providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Processing may involve international transfers subject to an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider and service. Links to their processing terms appear below. You may request information about applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy. We may also disclose data where legally required.
Retention
Enquiries, resource requests and proposals that do not result in a contract are retained while needed to handle them and, as an ordinary limit, for 12 months after your last relevant interaction. They are deleted sooner if no longer needed. If negotiations remain active and require more time, only necessary information is retained and its need is reviewed when negotiations end. Commercial messages sent by the studio do not by themselves extend this period.
Subscription data is retained while you maintain a valid subscription and until you unsubscribe or we remove the contact when reviewing its necessity. After withdrawal, it is no longer used for marketing. The minimum information needed to demonstrate authorisation and withdrawal, respect your objection and address potential liabilities may be kept with restricted access for applicable periods. Contracts, acceptance records and tax documents are retained for the legal periods applicable to each document.
Your cookie choice is valid for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to last no longer than the remaining time of that choice, without automatic renewal on each visit. Cookie lifetime differs from the provider’s retention of information already sent. Withdrawing permission prevents new loading; it does not itself erase previously processed data. You may request erasure where applicable.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability where applicable by contacting the email above. State the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate your request. We will request additional identification only where there are reasonable doubts about your identity.
You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. For cookies, use the permanent preferences button or footer link. If you consider your rights have been infringed, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), or the competent supervisory authority.
Automated decisions and updates
The animated agent and product examples are illustrative demonstrations. Contact forms do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. This website is intended for people seeking professional services and does not seek to collect data from children under 14.
Information marked mandatory is needed to answer you or provide the requested resource. Not providing it may prevent us from handling that request. We will update this policy when processing changes, indicate its version and obtain fresh consent where required.
